Clinical diagnosis and therapy in psychosomatic illnesses.

We consider a psychosomatic illness when as a result of  a diagnosis it turns out that the emotional and psychological factors play a decisive role in the pathogenesis of the patient’s symptoms.
Psychosomatic symptoms(headache ,stomachache, bed-wetting and soiling, sleep and eating disorders, atopic dermatitis, fever, vomiting) often manifest blocked or unconscious emotions, difficulties distinguishing, showing and talking about emotions as well as personal relations.
Psychosomatic disorders often require long-term individual child’s cooperation with a psychologist who will teach them to recognize and understand their emotions and will offer  ways of handling difficult situations. We offer a family therapy meant as a chance of change towards self and mutual respect.
